1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vicoze ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Description of Service
Vicoze is an online marketplace that connects customers with service providers including pet groomers, veterinarians, beauty and wellness professionals. We facilitate bookings and communications but are not a party to any agreement between customers and service providers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Booking policies including cancellation windows and refunds are set by each service provider. Vicoze is not responsible for disputes between customers and providers regarding bookings, payments, or services rendered.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: impersonating others, submitting false information, interfering with the Platform's operation, or violating any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vicoze provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. For users in the United States, additional consumer protections may apply.
